A Feira (The market) is a space to promote friendly gatherings among the conference participants, local producers and the population of Porto Alegre, bringing a diversity of regional and seasonal foods. As a result of a partnership between the Local Steering Commission and Comida de Rua, and the participation of prominent chefs, farmers, and local enterprises.
The lunch and snacks (payment in cash or credit card) will be offered from September 17 to 21. All projects involved are in line with socially inclusive and environmentally sustainable production systems. The choice of each partner was due to their relevant actions and contributions to the local gastronomic environment. The gastronomic menu will be guided by the diversity of food styles, contemplating the public with quality and diversity.
The chefs are: Patrick Vargas, Mathura and Rodrigo Paz, Pitanga Bistrô, Chica – Parrilla y Bar, Timblera Cuisine, El Toro Burger, Solidary Chain of Native Fruits, Ba Kombucha, Ecovida Network, Terra Amor Natural Seasonings, Frida Peppers, Araxá, Zapata – Rural Brewery and Oito Brewery.

September 19th: from 11:45 a.m to 10 p.m. – Party with Local DJs in the evening
September 20: from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. – special program for the friendly gatherings of the participants of the III International Conference on Agriculture and Food in an Urbanized Society. Open activities during the day: Yoga, Circular Dances and PANCS identification workshop – Non-Conventional Food Plants. Party with Local DJs in the evening
